Stay active with a free membership at a gym or fitness location you select from a national network. If you prefer to work out from home, you can view thousands of on-demand workout videos and live streaming fitness classes.

Stay focused on brain health with an online program from AARP® Staying Sharp®, including the Cognitive Assessment and Lifestyle Check-Ins. Plus, find exclusive content for Renew Active members such as videos and interactive challenges that can help you build healthy habits.

Stay connected

Stay connected socially through local health and wellness classes, clubs and events such as walking and hiking, arts and crafts, dancing, gardening, bowling, reading, fishing and more. Also stay connected socially by joining the online Fitbit® Community for Renew Active. No Fitbit device is needed.
